What is a Condensing Unit?
A condenser is the outdoor unit and is the heart of your Air Conditioning Cooling system.
The condensers main function is to condense the refrigerant from a gaseous state to a liquid state.
The latent heat is then transferred to the condenser coolant.
The major components of a condenser outdoor ac unit is the compressor, the condenser coils and the fan motor with blade. Instead of blowing conditioned air throughout the home like the blower on your furnace does, an air conditioner's main function is to remove heat & humidity from within the home.
If you feel like your a/c is not performing like it once did.
